PAPER CUT!

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 November 2026

In short: play fair, keep your leaderboard name decent, and know that coins and boosters are for fun inside the Game, not real money. The Paper Pass renews monthly until you cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, and refunds go through those stores.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Aryan Utkarsh, based in New Delhi, India ("we", "us"), for your use of the Paper Cut! game (the "Game") and this website. By installing or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We (and our licensors) keep all rights in the Game, including its code, levels, artwork, sounds and names. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, in your local currency. Prices shown in the Game come from your store.

Refunds are handled by Google or Apple according to their policies; we can't issue them directly. Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund or remedy you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Ads

The Game shows ads, including rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Rewards are given once the video finishes. Ads are provided by third parties; we aren't responsible for their content or for products they advertise.

7. Online features

The leaderboard, rank syncing, saved progress and Game Center or Google Play Games sign-in need an internet connection and may be unavailable at times. We may change, suspend or end online features, or the Game itself, at any time. If we stop offering the Paper Pass, we'll stop charging for it.

8. Updates

We may update the Game, including through small automatic fixes, to add content, fix bugs or change features. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations. Some countries don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of Virtual Items, progress or data. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim.
